The Story Behind Pages
Pages began with a new little person in my life—my granddaughter—and a desire to create something meaningful for her.
With a background in education and a lifelong love of learning, storytelling, music and making things by hand, I wanted to create books that children could do more than simply look at. I wanted little hands to touch, move, discover and explore—and to give the grown-ups beside them opportunities to talk, sing, count, tell stories, imagine and play along.
That idea grew into Pages.
Pages creates thoughtfully designed, interactive felt books and activity pages for infants through kindergarten. Each one combines hands-on exploration with opportunities for language, early learning, storytelling and imaginative play—all woven naturally into the experience.
You can choose a finished book or an individual page, ready to enjoy, or experience the joy of making something yourself with a DIY kit. Our kits include the materials, patterns and step-by-step guidance needed to make the process approachable and enjoyable, whether you're an experienced maker or simply want to create something special for a child you love.
At the heart of Pages is a simple belief: some of the most meaningful learning happens when children and the people who love them spend time exploring and playing together.
