Create a playful, interactive Tractor Page DIY Kit for someone special!
Part of the Farm Collection, this kit includes the materials needed to make an 8" x 8" felt activity page featuring a bright green felt tractor with rotating wheels, soft clouds, grass, colourful button flowers and a friendly driver. Choose from the included clothing and hairstyle pieces to personalize the child who will help bring the tractor scene to life.
Support from Start to Finish
Your kit includes more than materials. You will also receive:
A Maker’s Guide introducing the tools, techniques, simple stitches, interfacing and safety practices used throughout Pages kits
Detailed Tractor Page Kit Instructions with patterns, illustrations and step-by-step guidance
A Tractor Page Play Guide filled with playful ideas and developmental connections to help the child enjoy the finished page
A few household crafting tools are required, including scissors, straight pins or sewing clips, a hot glue gun and glue sticks, and an iron with a heat-safe ironing surface.
Once made, the Tractor Page invites children to turn the wheels, compare their sizes, make tractor sounds, notice the driver and imagine busy farm adventures. Through play, children can explore cause and effect, movement, textures, colours, shapes, counting and farm-themed words such as tractor, wheel, field, flower and cloud. Turning the wheels may also support fine motor development, hand-eye coordination, early communication, problem-solving and imaginative play.
Enjoy the page on its own, or combine it with other pages from the Farm Collection and add a Farm Book Cover Kit to create a personalized felt book. Choose the activities that are most meaningful to you and make a book that is uniquely yours.
Once assembled, the completed page is recommended for infants through kindergarten. Infants and toddlers should enjoy the page with adult supervision.
